The KOPF GmbH develops and supports Battery-Management-Systems (BMS) for leading German companies in the automotive industry. In the area of order processing we undertake independently following process steps:
System
► Preparation and coordination of functional specifications (DOORS)
► Creation of designs an specifications (DOORS)
► Creation of system tests (DOORS, EXAM, AutomationDesk)
► Release recommendations
Software
► Creation of software designs an specifications (DOORS)
► Creation of software respectively generation out of Matlab/Simulink
► Module test designs and creations
► Integration tests
Hardware
► Creation of hardware designs and specifications (DOORS)
► Simulations of partial components (SPICE)
► Creation of circuit diagrams (Altium)
► Hardware test specifications (DOORS + automatization)
► Support of sample productions as well as subsequent series production
In coordination with the project, we can use different tools in contrast to the listed between the braces. The safety-relevant battery management systems, which will be produced in series from 2013 or later, are used in hybrid and electrical automotive.
